The Flovio app

Flovio’s effects run on your Mac. Your preferences are saved locally. Pointer movement is used on your device to make the effects respond; it is not sent to us. The app does not include advertising or analytics trackers and does not require an account.

This website

This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or sign-in accounts. Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and the page requested, to deliver and secure the website.

Contacting us

If you choose to submit feedback through the app, the name, email address, subject, and details you enter are sent to our support service and stored using Cloudflare. No logs or files are attached automatically. Temporary salted connection identifiers help limit repeated submissions. We use your feedback to investigate issues, consider suggestions, and respond to you.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive information you do not want to share.
